Mr. Thomas Kester, Executive Officer and Managing Partner
Thomas Kester is the president of Cook & Williams Communications where he provides strategic planning and marketing management consultation services with a focus on business process improvement, leadership development, enterprise planning, sales chain management, and organizational design. Other services that his firm offers are facilitation, survey design, technical and management training, compensation analysis, privatization [A-76] support, program integration, project management, ADR services, and new product introduction.
Previously, Mr. Kester supported Unisys Corporation in Corporate University development as a Director for curriculum design and implementation. In this role, he managed and provided sales, marketing, and e-commerce focus for its e@ction solutions set, process documentation, and e-business road-mapping. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Kester supported NCR Corporation as a District Manager and Senior Consultant, where he provided professional services and management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Key achievements in this role included developing, managing, and implementing telecommunications, IT and business solutions for corporations. His career has encompassed project assignments within Bell Labs, AT&T, the federal government and teaching positions at three universities. Mr. Kester has an MS from the Communications School at Kent State University, and an MA and AB degree from Youngstown State University.
